 Almonds – ½ cup Peanunts – ½ cup Pumpkin seeds – ¼ cup Rolled oats – ½ cup Sunflower seeds – ¼ cup Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp Flaxseeds – 2 tbsp Chia seeds – 2 tbsp Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp Dried Indian Gooseberry Powder – 2 tbsp Beetroot Powder – 1 tbsp Dried Rose petals powder – 1 tbsp Moringa Powder – 1 tbsp Dry Roast the nuts and seeds and grind and add the powders and mix Ways of consuming: Morning Elixir – Mix 1 tbsp of the powder in a glass of warm water and honey and drink on empty stomach Smoothies and shakes – Mix 1-2 tbsp to your smothies/shakes and consume Milk/Plant Based Milk – Stir 1 tbsp in warm milk at bedtime Breakfast Topping – Sprinkle the powder over your breakfast/porridge Snack – Mix with ghee/honey and roll into small balls and eat

The Supuritha Churana word is coined by me.  This powder was recommended by a siddha doctor to my mom to cure irritable bowel syndrome which got cured after two weeks of intake of this powder.  One spoon of this powder mixture can mixed in rice and ghee and had at the beginning of lunch.  All the below ingredients are roast dried / sun dried and ground to a fine powder.
